Service team lies. Our previous vehicle had a flat tire and had to go back several times for them to fix and they were never able to and were trying to force us to buy a tire. It’s been a saga to say the least. Now, we have a new truck and had nail in tire less than a week ago and they claimed they fixed only to see psi diminishing daily given their temporary fix. We also have tire insurance. It’s a rotten scheme and they should be and will be reported.
Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. I absolutely love and adore my car, thank you again for such a wonderful experience! 10/10 highly recommend. These guys are the best of the best!
THIS DEALERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE. I have had a Buick for 7 years - but this will be my last. Disgusting customer service, especially from the manager. There is a part I need (due to recall) on backorder, and my car cannot pass inspection - I have been dealing with this for 6 months!!! I pay full price for a lease to have a check engine light on for half a year. When I called for the 4th time today, I was told "there is nothing that can be done and I shouldn't have waited to do the inspection" (which I did not - the part has been unavailable this whole time). I basically was told it is my problem if I get a ticket. It is not my fault the part was recalled and on backorder, and it has been nothing but a headache. I was not even offered a loaner, a solution, or a discount on my lease. I was simply told it is too bad. The manager even told me he doesn't know if I can return the car when my lease is up in February with a check-engine light on. So what then!?!??! Seems like a scam and my next step will be a lawyer if needed. 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be blasting this review wherever I can. You have been warned!
Every time I’ve gone into there service department for #Warranty work my truck was never fixed right the first time. Always had to bring it back multiple times.
One of the worst service departments at a dealership! They will never update the owner of the vehicle on whether or not your car is being looked at. They take a week to "diagnose" any problem with the vehicle. I had to call the service department myself everyday and diagnose my own vehicle! What a joke! They scratched and marked up my interior to a point where I can't even fix it without replacing panels. Their main tech Dale DeMarco should change his name to Snail DeMarco for the poor performance he puts out. A small town mechanic can run laps around these guys! Never, I repeat, NEVER take your car for service here!
Irving Zaks at Vail Buick was very responsive to my emails and calls. Process was smooth and quick. Set up test drive appointment via email. Received a good price and financing (without haggling) to purchase a new Enclave.
Ray was very helpful, friendly, and prompt at returning messages. Answered any and all questions we had when buying our new vehicle. Not pushy. The entire staff was efficient and knowledgeable. They made our whole car buying experience go smoothly and gave us a reasonable trade-in amount. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership.
Vanessa from Vail has been calling my disabled family member multiple times, saying he has inquired information on the internet. He has no access nor knowledge of the internet. This is some kind of scam. I have called Vail, talked to Vanessa a few times, yet the calls keep coming. SCAM someone else, baby

I just purchased my second vehicle from Vail. The entire process was very smooth . I can't say enough about the General Manager , Larry Parisi. He is involved in all aspects and makes sure everything goes well . He worked tirelessly to help me through the process . Barry , who is their resident vehicle tech expert spent over 45 min with me making sure I understood my new vehicle and everything was all set and ready to go . Even my radio station presets ! I’ve read some of the negative reviews . Don’t believe them ! I’m 58 years old so I know you can’t always make everyone happy . All I know is , Larry and his staff at Vail made me very happy !!
Eric was a pleasure to work with, he went out of his way to find me a wonderful truck, even though it was not available at the dealership. He got me the best price , and the best deal! Leased a 2019 Acadia, right out of the gate driver side AC didn't work. I reached out to my salesperson and was told to call service. It took three trips to their service department to be told it was working. Reached out to general manager, sales manager, got nothing from them - no help or guidance at all. Took car to another GMC dealership, they identified and fixed the issue immediately. Vail is full of a bunch of unprofessional jokers - would never step foot near that building again.
